WebGuyz Partnering with Public Schools
WebGuyz offers a curriculum to many schools in the NYC area, licensed by the Department of Education to give students an opportunity to learn hands-on with brand new technology.
Students at Brooklyn Studio learned AR, VR, and MR and how to build applications and holograms for these applications.
Students at Frederick Douglas Academy learned Web Design Decoded and learned how to work with LAMP Stack and MEAN stack as well as product marketing.
Students at ACCION Academy are enrolled in the WebGuyz Web Decoded program where they are learning how to create their own websites.
At Urban Assembly for Global Commerce, students created their own brand and websites to represent those brands which got them ready for a career in computer science
Students at Jill Chaifetz learned how to build their own websites through our Web Decoded program, along with creating their own music app.
Seventh graders at Teacher’s Preparatory School learned how to create animations using augmented reality and twelveth grade class learned how to create a music application fully integrated with Android, Windows, and iOS.
Students at Orchard Collegiate Academy have gone through a Remix 3D course and learned how to create 3D Models for Mixed Reality.
Students at I.S. 204 created fashion and sports brands alongside augmented reality experiences which enable them to learn to create market ready products
Students at P.S. 279 learned how to create AR advertisements, responsive websites and Virtual Reality experiences compatible with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
Students at Bronx High School of the Arts learned the basics about websites and how they exist, and they’ve paired up in groups to build their own functional music application using API’s.
Students at Fort Hamilton were introduced to our Web Decoded program and are learning how to build websites, brands, and how to operate like a business with the help of technology.
Students at S.T.E.A.M. High School learned Web Design Decoded and were divided into teams to simulate a startup experience. Each student contributed to creating a market-ready application.
Students at Kappa III experienced building their own website with the WebGuyz Platform and stylizing them with their own preferences and ideas.
WebGuyz is impacting thousands of students worldwide. We are giving students the opportunity to learn how to code, learn what innovations are occurring and learn what careers exist in the technology industry. Our curricula follows the common core, consists of the most current information and enables students to acquire certifications from Cisco.
